Buying from VeriWig

Quotes, availability and payment

Your written quote identifies the wig, quantity, price, any customization, delivery charge and expected timing. Quotes normally remain valid for 72 hours. We confirm availability before requesting payment; a listing does not reserve stock. Standard orders are paid in full upfront.

Custom or high-value quotes normally require a 50% deposit unless a different amount is stated in your quote. The remaining balance must be verified before dispatch. We agree the specification and timing before production starts.

Delivery is charged at the amount agreed in your quote. There is no automatic free-delivery subsidy. If availability changes after payment, we hold fulfilment and contact you to agree a resolution.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact your specialist promptly to cancel an order. We review whether sourcing or custom work has begun and explain any documented costs before agreeing the refund. A deposit is not automatically forfeited.

For a change-of-mind return, contact us within seven days of delivery and keep a standard wig unused, unaltered and in its original condition. Return delivery for a change of mind is normally paid by the customer. Custom-made items are not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If a wig is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match the agreed description, tell us promptly. We will investigate and agree a suitable remedy, including return delivery where appropriate. The seven-day change-of-mind window does not limit applicable rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds are confirmed only after payment-provider processing, not when a request is queued. Your specialist will explain the amount and expected provider timing.

Trade buying

Trade pricing is available only to approved business accounts. Initial volume discounts are 3+ units: 5%, 6+ units: 10%, 12+ units: 15%. Discounts are subject to the margin check and the final quote. Trade accounts do not receive credit terms.
